A hand-operated block and tackle is a device that uses the principle of leverage to obtain a linear pulling force matching the load by manually turning a handle. This force alternately acts on one clamp body within the mechanism, driving the load to move. It has advantages such as compact structure, light weight, small size, convenient and labor-saving carrying, safety and reliability, long service life, low manual force required, and minimal wear on the steel wire rope. It can be used for lifting, traction, lowering, calibration, and other operations. If equipped with special devices, it can not only perform non-linear traction tasks but also conveniently select the appropriate operating position or multiply its load capacity with smaller tonnage equipment. For larger tonnage loads, several machines can be operated in parallel.
